• FREE SHIPPING on orders of $150+ for Puerto Rico & US.

• Once your order has been shipped and tracking information provided, we are not liable for lost, stolen packages, or postal service delays.

• Puerto Rico Orders: Allow 1-2 business days after shipment for delivery.

• US Orders: Allow 3-5 business days for USPS Ground Advantage. We recommend USPS Priority Mail for faster delivery; USPS Priority Mail Express delivers in 1-2 business days.

• International Shipping: Economy International (6 to 18 business days) for a flat rate of $40 USD

Initial Confirmation Call:
Please call 787-994-0048 at least 1 hour before arriving to confirm availability for pickup.

Pre-Arrival & Access:
If staff is available, your package can be brought down to your vehicle. If not, a secure access code will be sent so you can enter Mosaico Cowork and pick up your order inside.

Pick-ups must be completed on or before 60 days from the date of purchase. After 60 days, merchandise will be returned to our regular inventory. If the client fails to pick up the items within this time frame, the merchandise will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
